Conditioned Air, Inc.
Founded in 1938 by Albert W. McKay, Conditioned Air, Inc. is proud to claim the distinction of being the oldest locally owned and operated company specializing in residential, commercial, and industrial HVAC systems. Roger Hopkins, long time Conditioned Air employee and friend, died Friday August 15, 2014. Roger’s entire working career was spent with Conditioned Air, Inc.-51 years; 1960 through 2011. Roger was a dedicated employee, wonderful man, and great friend. Based on his long time service and experience, his family noted, ”Roger specialized in HVAC repairs at the old establishments and businesses that still had antique, outdated equipment.” Conditioned Air has been truly blessed and count ourselves fortunate to have been part of Roger’s life.
