Seventy years and thousands of satisfied customers later, we are proud to be Middle Georgia's oldest HVAC organization specializing in commercial, and industrial, and residential applications. Today, Conditioned Air, Inc. is owned and operated by Albert W. McKay, Jr. A graduate of Emory University in Atlanta, Mr. McKay has been with the company since 1975. Other key players include: Wes Herndon, our service manager has 20+ years experience in service, design and installation of HVAC systems. Wes has vast knowledge of maintenance and repair of HVAC systems and enjoys working with Conditioned Air customers. Ronnie Bradshaw is a project manager and for the past 20 years has been involved in system design and commercial sales. Having joined Conditioned Air, Inc. in 1971, Ronnie also has more than fifteen years of hands-on experience in fabrication and installation of commercial and industrial HVAC. Chris Brown is a graduate of Georgia Tech and is a licensed professional engineer. He has nearly 15 years of HVAC experience in sales, design, installation, and project management. We've got skilled crews of sheet metal mechanics and installers who are trained to fabricate and install air distribution systems up to 14 ga. galvanized steel. Our fabrication facility is equipped with a full line of machinery to perform shearing, plasma cutting, welding, braking, lock forming and roll forming. We can provide special in-house fabrication from aluminum, stainless steel, copper and mild steel up to 1/2" thick. Our comprehensive training means a job done right! Conditioned Air installation crews are trained in the proper methods and techniques of rigging and installing all types and sizes of boilers, chillers, air handling units and refrigeration equipment. Rely on our professional team for pipe fitting for chilled water systems, hot water systems, condenser water piping, steam and condensate return piping. We also provide various control systems including electric, electronic and pneumatic, plus state of the art direct digital controls. We back everything we install with top-notch service for commercial, industrial, and residential HVAC systems. Conditioned Air has experienced technicians on call twenty-four hours, three hundred and sixty-five days a year to handle any type of HVAC emergency within a sixty mile radius of Macon. We offer scheduled maintenance service to keep our customer's HVAC equipment operating at peak efficiency with minimum breakdowns. Our full time Parts Department maintains a substantial inventory, and our computerized ordering service expedites emergency items.
